At Oduree, we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to your home quickly, safely, and with great care. Below you’ll find all the information about shipping.

Shipping cost: €4.95

Belgium
Shipping cost: €6.95
Free shipping from €45
Other European countries
Shipping cost: €4.95
We ship to nearly all European countries.
For orders over €45, shipping is free.
Shipping time and processing
Orders placed before 23:59 are processed and shipped the same day.
Delivery times:
Netherlands: 1 business day
Belgium: 1 business day
Other countries: 1–3 business days
Processing and shipping take place every day except Saturday. On Sunday, we do process orders.
Shipping and delivery
We ship with DHL as our standard carrier. For international shipments, we work with additional reliable partner carriers.
Every order includes a track & trace code. Shipments are not insured by default.
Pickup at our location is not possible.
Delays and holidays
In the event of delays from the delivery service, we will launch an investigation to find out what went wrong.
During public holidays, processing and delivery may take a little longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Orders with multiple products
If you order multiple products, we will always ship them in one package.
Problems with your delivery
Is there something wrong with your delivery? Please contact our customer service within 5 working days of receipt and send clear photos of what you have received. We will then investigate and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Unclaimed packages
Is a package being returned because it was not picked up? Please contact us. We will investigate the situation and see what can be done.
