Article 1 – Definitions


In these general terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • “Seller”: Oduree, established in Rijswijk, Chamber of Commerce number 8678462
  • “Buyer”: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Oduree
  • “Agreement”: any agreement between Oduree and the buyer concerning the purchase of a product via the website
  • “Product”: any item offered via the Oduree webshop

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Oduree and to every agreement concluded between Oduree and the buyer. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they have been agreed in writing.

Article 3 – The Offer

Oduree makes every effort to display all products as clearly and completely as possible. Images and descriptions are illustrative and may differ. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Oduree.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the buyer has accepted the offer and meets the conditions set. Oduree will confirm the order by email. Oduree reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from an order within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and returned in its original condition with undamaged packaging. Products that are excluded from return for hygienic reasons may not be returned.

Article 6 – Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. Discounts and promotions are only valid within the specified period and are not applied retroactively.

Article 7 – Delivery

Oduree strives to process and ship orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are indicative. In case of delay, the buyer will be notified. The risk of damage or loss of products lies with Oduree until the moment of delivery to the buyer.

Article 8 – Liability

Oduree is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or careless use of a product. Use is at your own risk. The buyer must strictly follow the instructions on the packaging or website.

Article 9 – Warranty

Oduree supplies products of good quality. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects. No warranty applies to hygienic or opened products, unless otherwise stipulated by law. If the complaint is justified, the buyer will receive a replacement product free of charge.

Article 10 – Complaints

Complaints can be reported within 5 working days of discovery via klantenservice@oduree.nl. The report must contain a clear description, possibly with a photo. Oduree will respond within 5 working days.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All content, photos, texts, designs, and brand names on the Oduree website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Article 12 – Changes to Terms and Conditions

Oduree reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Agreements are always subject to the version that is in effect at the time of ordering.

Article 13 – Applicable law and competent court

All legal relationships between Oduree and the buyer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Oduree is located. For questions or complaints, please contact us at support@oduree.com.
